HOW IT ALL WORKS

What is a series?

A series is the number of sizes you will receive of the product. Customers can purchase any number of series, as there is no minimum order. I series usually consists of 1 color in the series and a set number of sizes. Some series are 3 pieces up to 8 pieces depending on the type of products and wholesaler. Most wholesalers selling Trends and Co-ordinates sell 4-6 pieces in 1 series. Jeans consist of anywhere from 7-10 pieces in a series. Boutique quality for Regular and: Plus Size is normally 3-4 pieces in a series, with set sizes.

All sizes and colors are listed on the product pages.

The Order

Since this is wholesale and not retail, the products can sell out very quickly. Therefore, we need to contact the wholesaler to confirm if the product(s) and color(s) you have chosen are available or not. If you have any questions,you can contact us on the Chat Line or by email. 

Customers will fill out the order form information required to place an order with ALIKADA Wholesale.

• ALIKADA Wholesale will receive a notification that a customer has made a pre-order.

• Customers will receive a notification that we are checking for stock.

• ALIKADA Wholesale will immediately contact the wholesaler to confirm if stock is available.

Processing

• Customer will receive an email showing the items that are available and if not, the item will not be shown.

• Customer will then finalize the order without payment at this time.

• ALIKADA WHOLESALE will determine the number of kilos and the appropriate local cargo company will be contacted to provide the lowest shipping rate for that country.

• Alikada Wholesale will then complete the sales receipt listing the price of the products as well as shipping cost.

• Customers can then pay for the purchase at our payment gate on our website.

• ALIKADA Wholesale will be notified when the transaction has been completed.

Shipping

• That day or following day, depending on business hours, ALIKADA Wholesale will purchase and process the products.

• Day 2 the products will be shipped to local cargo.

• Day 2 or 3 the products are shipped by air cargo with DHL, FED EX, UPS, depending on the country being shipped to

• Customers will receive a tracking form once the local cargo company receives it.

• Shipping usually takes 1 day to the country and 3-4 days to the customers door, if no delays at Customs etc.
